A smile never goes up in price or down in value.
Smile at your neighbors!
Meeting Notes:
We had about 12 people attend Sunday's Open HOA Meeting. Thank you for coming!
Jim and Mary Gilmore are the new Block Captains for Tradonna Ln. and Brandi Ct. Melissa Farnan remains the Captain for Bridget Way, Debe
Rogers takes care of Crystal Ln., and Kim Clarke & Stephanie Thiele handle Glade Creek Dr. We will be placing flyers reminding residents to pay
their annual dues on all front doors within the next few weeks. Jennifer Webb remains our tresurer. Russell Shelley has graciously offered to take
care of cleaning up the front flower beds and maintaining them. The HOA will reimburse him for expenses, release him from dues oblgations, and
pay him an annual stipend. He has also offered to take over as President of our HOA, again, if no one else steps forward to assume the
responsibility before Sept. 1st. It would, however, be better if someone with a little more time to spare could act as President. Mr. Shelley has
about 37 extra minutes per week. :)
If you are interested in acting as President of the HOA, please send an email to the link on the left. There's not a huge time committment,
but it helps if the president can pay attention to the few details that need it.
